Mr Liew Chin Sien graduated from RMIT University, Australia, in 2006 with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree. He is a practising member of Institute Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA) and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant; ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant; Certified Practising Accountant in Australia; Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax & GST) of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals; Certified Fraud Examiner and Chartered Certified Forensic Accountant.

Chin Sien has more than 10 years of extensive working experience with local and international accounting firm in external auditing, internal auditing, special audit engagement and advisory role. He started his professional career with a mid-tier Certified Public Accounting firm beginning in 2007 handling a mixed portfolio of clients’ auditing on SMEs and MNCs; specialize industry such as Construction, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Investment Holding, Charity, Technology & Software, Food & Beverage (Franchising included) and Telecommunication.

Prior to starting his own practice in Nov 2017, Chin Sien was a Senior Audit Manager with one of the Top 35 Accounting Firms in Singapore who headed the external audit & quality control division. He conducts in-house training and technical update workshops on International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to improve staff technical knowledge and achieve audit efficiency. Chin Sien organized various technical clinic talk activities specialising in the auditing standards and he is currently a training principal with affiliated company, Aristi Consultant Pte. Ltd.

Jeremy is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner with more than 18 years of experience in the field. He has held HR generalist and specialist roles in various industries such as educational service, marine, oil and gas and chemicals. He has vast working experience in Global MNCs, local MNCs, and Social Enterprises.

Jeremy is especially strong at establishing HR frameworks and best practices. Besides managing Business Excellence projects, Jeremy has deep experience in effective resolution of common, day-to-day, operational challenges in HR and is the brainchild behind numerous strategic-cum-tactical HR solutions for clients. He also has much in-depth experience in facilitating HR Audits.

Jeremy has a great passion for employee training, including both development of training material and delivery of courses. As a trainer, Jeremy can connect with learners regardless of hierarchy, whether senior managers or blue-collar employees.

Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with double major for Human Resource & Industrial Relations and Marketing awarded by the University of Queensland, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership and People Management awarded by the Singapore National Employer Federation. He is also a certified HR Professional in Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits.
